How much does the textbook cost and how is it delivered?The textbook for Korean courses is sold separately. For TOPIK preparation courses, class materials and textbooks are provided free of charge. For English or Bulgarian courses, all class materials and textbooks are also provided to students at no additional cost. The Korean course textbook, which includes exercises, costs 30€ and covers approximately 2.5 levels. Delivery options: By courier: Delivery via Ekont. (shipping costs are paid by the recipient) Pick-up in person: You can collect the textbook from our office at Tj Center (ulitsa „Georgi S. Rakovski“ 146, Sofia Center), near the French High School in Sofia. Please arrange your visit in advance to ensure someone is available to assist you.

How do I determine my level if I am not a beginner?We offer a free level test after registration. The teacher will help you choose the most suitable course. If you would like to take the level test without registering for a course, there is a fee for the level test, which is the cost of a 30-minute individual lesson.

What are the conditions for starting a group?A minimum of two participants at the same level is required to start a group. Groups are limited to a maximum of six students to ensure a focused and interactive learning experience.

How are lesson days and times scheduled?Class schedules are arranged through mutual agreement between students and teachers. To check availability, please contact us with your preferred days and times for classes. Individual lessons: The schedule is personalized and coordinated directly between the student and the instructor. Group lessons: The schedule is determined collectively, considering the availability of all participants. Most classes are 60 or 90 minutes long, with many students opting for lessons once or twice a week. However, the duration and frequency of classes can be customized based on the student’s needs and the instructor’s availability. Please let us know your desired class frequency, lesson duration, and available schedule, and we will match you with a suitable instructor. Our center operates 7 days a week.

How many lessons does one course include, and what is their duration?Course Structure (Full Course Payment) A course includes 20 lessons, totaling 900 instructional minutes. Duration options: 45, 60, or 90 minutes per session, based on your preference. It is recommended to have at least 90 minutes of lessons weekly. The course must be completed within 90 days from the first lesson. For Monthly Payment (Individual Lessons) If you opt for monthly payment instead of a full course: Lessons are scheduled in consultation with the instructor. The 90-day course completion rule does not apply. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy for Individual Lessons You can reschedule or cancel a lesson without penalty if you notify us at least 6 hours before the lesson. Penalties for late changes or cancellations: 6 to 1.5 hours before the lesson: 50% penalty Less than 1.5 hours before the lesson: 100% penalty Example: For a 1-hour lesson, canceling 3 hours before the start will result in a 50% penalty, and only 30 minutes of make-up time will be provided. Please contact us or your instructor to adjust your schedule as needed.

What happens if a student misses a lesson?Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy for Students You can reschedule or cancel a lesson without penalty if you notify us or the instructor at least 6 hours before the lesson. Penalties for late cancellations or changes: 6 hours or more before the lesson: 0% penalty 6 hours to 1.5 hours before the lesson: 50% penalty Less than 1.5 hours before the lesson: 100% penalty Example: For a 1-hour regular lesson, if you cancel 3 hours before the start, only 30 minutes of make-up time will be provided for the canceled lesson. Group Lessons For group courses, if you miss a class, you are eligible for a free make-up lesson once per course. However, if you miss more than one lesson, any additional make-up lessons will be charged at the individual lesson rate.

How can I enroll in a course?Enrollment is completed after: Payment of the course fee. Filling out the necessary documents. After the payment is processed, you will be invited to a group chat (via FB Messenger, Viber, or WhatsApp) with the instructor. In this chat, details about the course, including class materials and schedule, will be shared and discussed.
